Music in the Air is a program sponsored in by Dr. Kathleen Sutherland in conjunction with St Alphonsus Hospital to bring professional musicians into close contact with many parts of the medical community. Patients, families and staff, alike, enjoy the positive influence of many genres and styles of live music. As is becoming accepted wisdom in the medical community, everyone benefits from the simply participating in making familiar and meaningful music.
